Agreement

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and TechFrien Healthcare Solutions (“TechFrien”, “we”).

What this website is

This site describes our products and services. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract to supply software. Prices, module lists, timelines, and capability descriptions are indicative and may change without notice; the figures that bind us are the ones in a written quotation signed by both of us.

Software is licensed separately

Medara HMIS and our other products are supplied under a separate subscription agreement. That agreement governs licence scope, fees, uptime and support commitments, data ownership, confidentiality, processing of patient data, warranties, indemnities, liability limits, and termination. Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the enquiry form to send unsolicited advertising, or anyone else’s personal data;
• send us patient health information through this website;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the site’s normal operation;
• copy our text, images, or design for a competing offering.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us at contact@techfrien.com before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue to us in good faith and gives us reasonable time to fix it.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, and branding of this site, and the software we describe on it, belong to us or our licensors. Product names and logos of other organisations belong to them. Nothing here transfers any right in our intellectual property to you.

Third-party links

Where we link to another site — including our own product sites — we are not responsible for its content or its practices. Follow those links at your discretion.

No warranty for the website

This website is provided as it stands. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. This limitation applies to the website only. It does not touch the service levels we commit to in a signed subscription agreement.

Liability

To the extent Indian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office will hear any dispute arising from them.
